What is included?
Basic breathing is free: a five-second inhale and five-second exhale, with one-minute sessions. Plus unlocks eight more practices and longer sessions for eligible rhythms.
Choose a weekly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Current prices and subscription periods appear in the app before purchase.
Restore Plus access
Use the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. Connect to the internet, then open You or the Plus screen and select Restore purchases. Lifetime access does not expire; access may end if Apple refunds or revokes the purchase.
If your access still does not appear, contact us with the plan name and a description of the issue. Do not send payment credentials.
Manage or cancel a subscription
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and select Less Stress. You can also use Manage subscription in the app. Cancelling renewal normally keeps Plus available until the end of the current paid period.
After Plus ends, Basic one-minute breathing remains available and your local history is retained. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and has no recurring renewal to cancel.

Reminders and voice guidance
Set an optional daily reminder in You → Reminder. If it does not appear, check that notifications are allowed for Less Stress in iPhone Settings and review your Focus settings.
Enable Voice in You for spoken phase cues. Check your media volume and audio output, including connected headphones. Haptic feedback depends on device support and system settings.
History and privacy
Practice history and preferences are stored on your device. Less Stress does not offer accounts or cloud synchronization. You can delete session history in You; deleted history cannot be restored by us.
